Great books! The Slight Edge has practical tips and examples on the difference between successful people long term and those who have some success in the short term and then it whittles away. The Mountain is You has many statements and insights to ponder - good for pre sleep reading. Two books to slot into your 'spare time'! 😜 Loving them both....and while I know it's a challenge to fit yet another thing into your day - I find even a page or two resets me and inspires me into a 'can do' mode.
